History:The New Hampshire College of Agriculture and the Mechanic Arts was founded in Hanover, NH in 1866. The college moved to Durham, NH in 1893 and became the University of New Hampshire in 1923. The first meeting of the Committee on Committees was held on July 20, 1949. The purpose of the committee was to review the function and member composition of existing campus committees and to make recommendations to the president. Scope and Content:
