History:
The New Hampshire College of Agriculture and the Mechanic Arts was established as a Land-Grant College in 1866 in Hanover, NH. The school moved to Durham, NH in 1893. The name changed to the University of New Hampshire in 1923. The federal government required each school to send an annual report of its activities and finances.

Scope and Content:
This series contains the annual reports that the New Hampshire College of Agriculture and the Mechanic Arts sent to the federal government. They include financial information as well as report on the changes in matriculation and the curriculum from year to year.
