Scope and Content:
The Office of Woodlands and Natural Areas manages more than 4,000 acres of forested property throught New Hampshire. This series contains legal papers (deeds, title, quit claims, etc.) concerning land owned by the University. The bulk of it concerns the Frank S. Lord Estate that was left to the university to by used for scholarship funds.
