Land Use Tables and Maps
1881-1978 [bulk 1922-46]
Office of Woodlands and Natural Areas
(UA 10/5/3)

Scope and Content:
This series contains maps and tables of land use pattern, cover types, plantations established, and projects to be undertaken during the 1930's - 1940's at the University of New Hampshire. The maps were separated from the Woodland and Natural Areas Office by Brendan Kelly (former UNH Woodlands and Natural Areas Manager, 1996-98) while he was working on his masters thesis, "Effects of Natural Resources Management Upon the University of New Hampshire's Woodlands and Natural Areas". The original maps and bound copies of some of the information was transferred to the archives in 2001.
