Biography/History:
Harry R. Carroll served as the Administrative Assistant for the Office of the President of the University of New Hampshire from 1952-1956. UNH had three people serve as president during this time. These men were Robert F. Chandler, Edward D. Eddy (interim), and Eldon L. Johnson.
