Welcome to the
University of New Hampshire Museum

The mission of the University Museum is to develop, maintain, exhibit and interpret historical objects and property that relate to the history of the University of New Hampshire and its alumni. These collections shall preserve the memory of the University's past and perpetuate its traditions and ideals.

The museum features two exhibitions per year highlighting different aspects of UNH history as well as its current activites. Exhibits include a variety of artifacts, photographs, documents and memorablia drawn from the museum, the university archive collections and from the Special Collections. Past Exhibitions have covered topics such as UNH traditions, women students at UNH, the history of the marine program and some of the oddities in the collection.

UNH Master of Fine Arts Invitational Exhibition

In this unique display, located on level one of Dimond Library, UNH MFA students invite influential teachers, colleagues, family members, or friends to exhibit alongside them.

Announcing the Fifth Annual UNH Master of Fine Arts Invitational Exhibition at the UNH Museum in Dimond Library, April 5- May 9, 2013 with an opening reception Friday, April 5, 5-7:00. All Welcome. In this unique display, UNH MFA students invite influential teachers, colleagues, family members, or friends to exhibit alongside them. Hours: M-F, 10-4:00 Saturdays 12-4:00.
